General:
Rules to live by

*-Anyone may request an order.

*-Anyone may complete an order.

*-Requests are always open.

*-Feel free to apply for a Moderator position at any time in 'Sacrificial Ceremony'. Use the form provided there.

*-Advertisements belong on the advertising board, no where else. You will be banned immediatly if an ad is found anywhere else, and that includes the chat box and your signature.

*-You can only use Hand-me-downs (freebies) if you have at least 20 posts.

*-Do not touch what is not yours. Respect the artists!

*-No fighting, no arguments, just have fun and treat everyone with the respect they deserve We do not tolerate rudeness toward the site, or our beloved members.




Making a Request:
To help get your request noticed / completed as well as to help understand the system we have here, read the following:

*-Requests are always open to our studio members

*-Do not make the same request here as you have on a different studio at the same time. It is an insult to the artists to waste time on a project that has been requested elsewhere as well as here, and will not be tolerated.

*-Use the forms provided , and give detailed information. Do not edit the form in any fashion- if a specific area does not pertain to your request, then either leave it blank, or put N/A to fill it in.

*-Remaining active, will help get your request noticed. Signing on daily shows you are actively checking in and showsa you are more likely to pick up the request.

*- You must bump your request every 5 days. This includes if it has been noted as 'taken' by an artist. If taken, feel free to politley PM the artist to see if they are still interested in your order. Polite is the main word here.

*-Inactive requests due to not being bumped within 7-10 days will be moved to trash without further notice.

*-Respect the artists. If the artwork supplied to you is not up to par with what you expected, take in to consideration that this person put in their personal Time and Effort to put it together for YOU. We do not tolerate anyone being rude.

*-Be there or be square. If you do not pick up your request in a timely fashion, the artist has full freedom to deny you access to their work, put it up as a freebie, or do with it as they please.

*-You may reorder at any time as long as you follow the rules, respect the artists and use the forms provided.




Taking & Completing a Request:

*-Follow copyright laws & have visable credits to stock providers on your image. Disobeying this rule will not be tolerated. 1 warning, the removal of your posted image, and the next step is a ban.

*-Always post completed artwork in the Supply area. If you have completed an order for someone, reply to their original request telling them "COMPLETE" only after it has already been posted in 'Supply' for them. A moderator will then move the completed order from the request area.

*-Remember not to take offense if a requester wants to reorder. Take it in stride, and perhaps politely ask them what it is you could have done better/where you could improve as this may help you gain experience & skill in your artwork.
