Extreme Speed Stat?

Anybody ever see this happen during character creation? I'd prefer more strength but.... I bet I could do majorly well with archery / light weapons and dodging.

I noticed that there was no black line at the end of the stat, cause I was specifically wanting a decent archer and looking at dex/agi/speed. So I was staring straight at it when it came up.

After thousands of rerolls, I have never seen that happen. In fact, the only time I've seen something similar was in this topic:

This was during character creation. I hadn't played in a while and the game came up in a conversation where I ended up telling my uncle about the game.

I downloaded the latest update and started a new character and i was trying to make a fast/agile character so I just focused on that. It just caught my eye because the deterity and agility are also "full" but had the black line, so speed going over the line was glaringly obvious.

It was completely legit.

Walks 9/km per hour lightly loaded. I made another character of the same tribe (owl) and rolled until I got it full again (with black bar) and that was 8/km hour so it was indeed over what I thought was the norm.

The funniest thing is I'm pretty sure I saw it happen a second time while trying to get a full speed bar with black and went past it on accident.


Edit: I'm not sure, is that 1 point or 2 points over the normal size of the bar? Its 2 pixels, but I'm not sure if each point is represented by a single or double pixel.

Ok so this isn't a bug? Or is 18 still supposed to be a hardcap? Is adding stats at the end of a course limited to 18 or can you become ultra talented that way? etc.
