So, there is no way to lure herbivores into your loop snares? No tasty turnip, no mouthwatering berries, no aromatic herbs will do the trick for bunnies and fowls? That's a bummer. sad.gif

Also, I have found out that the spirits don't seem to mind (you still get the message "you feel comfortable") whether your sacrifice for a catch (fish) or a newly killed animal (meat) is spoiled or not, so there is another use for those. biggrin.gif

I think its a bug and somewhat of an exploit.

For disposal purposes I would recommend water - just ether throw or move the items into a body of water and its gone. Plus you'd be doing a favor to the fishies!

I will start using it for that, I hate the nag messages you get when you throw it away

You can even start fire on pure spoiled food, so it is perfect fuel. biggrin.gif I'm not sure if items you can't start fire on contribute to burning time.
Thoranius Posted on Feb 5 2012, 03:36 PM
Hmm, I knew you could start a fire on a tile with wood and destroy the items left on the tile, but I didn't know they contributed to the burning time of the fire....

at least now I can destroy that pile of 1000+ spoiled roasted fish outside my cabin XD

Don't destroy it. It is good firewood!
