Because many people have questions about URW (like me) I create this thread. No more new threads for questions, hooray!

So, here's the first question:
I am not injured, yet I have an injure penalty of 23%. How is that possible?

If this was a riddle I'dd say you have a plague :)

Or probably severed limb?

:( A bug. It happened to one of my characters before when he got injured to about 60% and then healed somewhat and got injured again and somewhat healed again and got injured again and then fully healed the third time. I couldn't find any ways to fix it.

what!? no way, so I am injured for ever right now!?

this reindeering sucks. Now I can't kill the reindeering njerpez warrior who is hanging around my camp, whitch cattle in a fence. I tried twice and I alsmost died those two times. This really sucks. reindeering bug. Now I need to start a new character, damnit. Fix that damned bug. What more bugs are there in the game? I didn't register and payed 25 Euro for bugs!

I over reacted a bit, sorry about that. But I hope you understand how frustrating this is. Anyway, I've started a new character, and I am enjoying the game once again! :D

Thanks for at least testing our swear filter for us, Diemaco... I wonder what it looks like when a njerpez reindeers. Does it mean it's like a were-reindeer or something? ;)

But don't start swearing just because it's filtered, people... I wouldn't suggest you using any b.ypasses or t r i c k s to pass the filter, either... That might lead to p.unishmnets.

As a bit more on topic comment: I'm not sure, but I think Defenser is on to something; If you get a body part chopped off I think you get permanent injury levels. And that's the only penalty for losing an arm or a leg, too. :blink:

that's possible? How can I see if I got something is cut off?

Sometimes if enemy hits you with a big weapon, and you do not have superior armor protection on that location, it may sever a limb from you... And if that happens, you pass out and die over 95% of time... BUT if your will is strong, you character may wake up.

It doesnt seem to affect anything anyhow except injury. You'll get injury showing as " "(emptiness :blink:) and quite bunch of penalty, and you are unable to heal it... I dont just know that what would happen if you would go to healer.

Actually I have got limb severed twice(one in 2.60 another in 2.7). First time I got blasted up by Nez before I even could do anything, I just watched that screen and thought "WTF!" :huh:

Second time I was (again) fighting with Nez, I lost my head and survived :D he edged my head with battlesword, and it got chopped off... Maybe few hours later I woke up, and Nez was gone... I had no head :D... I wrote story about that char but, I had had HD crash, and headless character was gone... :(

Actually I've heard that Ghormak had also severed hand, and HD crash too! :ph43r: I havent just seen him here for over 2 years...

I guess I lost a hand or something then. Again, my apologies for 'testing the swear filter' ;)

Anyway, I have a new question: How long does a plague last? In a region where I used to live in a village the plague has broken out, I've waited a month, but I got the plague again. When will the plague attack stop?

Dunno about 2.80, but in older versions it lasted about 1-4 moths...
