spaceOnce, in the year 2007, a new nuclear bomb was created, one that had the power to wipe out all the inhabitants of North America. The name of the Virus was H4M8, a mutation of the HIV/AIDS virus that actually infects the genetic code. In short, it broke through the cell wall and used the nucleus of the cell to recreate it's own virus, changing with each successive generation. This would lead to rapid changes in the natural world to try and combat this virus, if it were ever dropped. spaceThe plans were stolen by a terrorist group out of North Korea. They duplicated the results several times, then launched the missiles at various locales in the world. Their intention was to wipe out all the infidels. Their actual results were to wipe out all of humanity, including there selfs. spaceHumanity was an extinct race. space10 years went by, then 20, and the animals slowly began to recover from their losses; however, thanks to all the genetic changes floating around, the animals slowly began to mutate. Many gained the ability to shift from their four legged form to what was commonly known as a were-form. Most species, upon finding this mutation, killed the mutants. Most canines, however, were more tolerant. The mutation flourished. spaceAnd this is where our story begins....
spaceThe Stellar pack was formed by a silvered she wolf, named Luna. She was grand friends with a male named Grabel, and his mate, Rae, who where the alphas of a land called Evergreen. Both pack lands were rich, lush and fertile. spaceUntil fire came to the mated alpha's lands. Then they renamed them the Deadwoods, and continued to live there, stubbornly. spaceLuna's pack flourished and thrived, and the Deadwood pack slowly died. Rae and Grabel left their pack, and a shifter named Caspian took the Deadwood pack over. When he disappeared, another brute named Deacon came and overtook the Deadwood lands, and is doing his best to bring it back to life. spaceLuna's pack slowly died as the deadwood pack continues to thrive. One day, a former scout of Deadwood found the silvered female alpha's body. Knowing her lands would lie empty now, the shifter named Deuce chose to take over the lands and claim them as her own. Deuce was pregnant with Deacon's pups at the time. spaceSlowly, Deuce's lands began to flourish again, and she chose to rename the lands Majestic Vista. She gave birth to a healthy litter of three. One day, her persistent scout Azizi gave her a choice. She could either be his mate, or he would kill her daughter Angel. She didn't believe he wouldn't kill her child, so she yet again refused him. This time however, the two fought. He took the young pup and left, founding his own pack in the territory named The Falls, a subterranean wonderland. spaceWhen Deuce sought out the golden male who had fathered her litter, she discovered his pack had been abandoned, taken over by another snow hued femme named Mayhem. spaceUpon the spring of the Deuce's pups first birthday, a massive rain set in with in the lands, flooding the lands. This made Deuce very ill, and she publicly named Gavin as her beta, who would follow her should something happen to her. Shortly thereafter, her illness made her step down as alpha, allowing gavin to take over the Vista lands. Soon after, every pack had to ban together and live within a land that was found for them high north. There the madness begin. spaceAzizi forced himself upon Deuce, after she refused once again to be his mate. Then taking Angel, the pup that he stole away from Deuce, as his mate, he mated with her, and two newcomers to the lands, one a wolf husky mixed named Virendra, and then a member of the Falls named San. Unrest began growing in the pack. spaceWhen Azizi forced himself on Polgara in front of his pack, chaos ensued. Liam, Gavin's younger brother, was killed by Vierenda at the command of Angel, who was angry Azizi had been sleeping with him. Angel also commanded Vierenda to kill Deuce, but Vierenda killed herself rather than inflict pain on the woman she loved. The pack fought eachother viciously. In the end, the original Vista pack reigned triumphant, with Gavin as Alpha. spaceSoon after, Deuce met a tragic end, slipping off a cliff and dying. That night Gavin took his pack home the same night. |
