I have some Questions about yor thunderhawk

does anything on it swivle or move?

And did u use any GW stuff on it?

by the way i was the guest that just sent that post i forgot to log it lol.

I've ordered some sprue from GW with the weapon systems like the heavy bolters on the undersite of the wing and the lascanons on the side of the nose. I've also used the cockpit and crew of a landspeeder, converted the cockpit.

I've also used the Ultramarines door set from Forge World

The front door can open, the cockpit hatch is removable.

ok that means the thunderhawk costs a little bit mre than i thought. anyway thanks i mite make one

what did u use to make the engines? and did u use plastic card for every little detail on the body?

I had the engines custom made by the company where my brother works. They are made of alluminium. I attached the wings to it with steel nails of 5 mm thick.
And yes I used plastic card for every little detail on the hawk besides the stuff from my "bit" box, the GW stuff.

The materials page I still have to make, but I will see what I can do and try to make one comming time.

I think it costed me about 80 euro's for the GW stuff.

hmmm maybe i could buy some of those engines, or make them myself. hmmm i wont start the thunderhawk for a while.

If you check the links on my site to other Thunderhawks you'll see a few who used the drop pod racer engines of the starwars droppod racer model you can buy.
They look real nice, if I hadn't let the made by my brother those where my second option.

So maybe that is something for you, you can start of with the body.

And you can even make the engines yourself, use some PVC piping and plastic card, you'll come a long way, I'am sure of that.
