I suggest we completely change how resolutions are handled..... in the forum only.

I suggest we enact a series of totally non binding rules, that detail strictly the legislative process. We construct a complicated process designed just to replace current legislation with new resolution that is only amended.

Leave it all as basically roleplay. People would ignore the process the whole time.

I would just like to create a process, acceptable to the community, designed to make small text changes to current resolutiosn, that result in larger changes in impact.

Like deleting some bad lines.
