I'm desperately sorry if I shouldn't be starting a new topic about this - feel free to cut it up and slap it about.

However - is UNAIDS assumed to be a part of the IRCO? (And if so, why?) That makes little sense to me. And, if not, where is UNAIDS located? It seems like the sort of committee that might be part of the UNO - but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
