I'd like to encourage committee chairs and admins to make more liberal use of the UNO Calendar.

http://s3.invisionfree.com/UN_Organization...hp?act=calendar

By marking significant events on the calendar, more members might be able to see what applies to them in the next two weeks.

At this point, Freedonia and my government have been using the calendar to remind nations on the deadlines of UN resolution votes. However, another appropriate use of the calendar would be to point out deadlines on TPP votes and decisions.

Since information in the calendar is stored, it may make it easier to go back and archive significant events in NSWiki.

There is a way to give a email reminder for the event on calendar?

Could be a solution for TPP inactivity.

Looking at all the calendar features, it seems that only admins can bulk email, and not through the calendar.

Invision does support 1 bulk email every 5 days, and the email can be restricted to certain groups. We'd need to really adopt your idea of having nations create accounts for their individuals: Mikitivity-TPP, so that I could still be included on all the TPP emails.

In the case of the TPP, it does seem like a good idea. The calendar was just a different way of achieving that same goal.

Would there be a way to bulk-email, but not include those who regualrly visit the forum? If there isn't, should be able to cope, but it can just be annoying to get a message about voting in a poll that you've already done.

Create a Google group could be a solution? Thinking about it.
