I do not think it is more childish than Bakuten Shoot Beyblade was. It is just not in the real world.

Also, if anybody wants to watch the new series' dub, it will be broadcast on May 15th at 12:00 PM on YTV in Canada, and on June 26th at 7:30 AM on Cartoon Network in the United States. In the United Kingdom, Nickelodeon will broadcast it, however there is no date currently.

I read that it will air in the UK in September here: NickToons U.K. Buys Beyblade: Metal Fusion | Animation Magazine and although it doesn't have an exact date of when in September it will probably be when the kids go back to school (early/mid September).

In the meantime there is the leaked clip of ep13 on youtube, the way they pronounce "Gingka" in the dub is dodgy and reminds me of the song Jingle Bells *shrugs* not too keen on his dub voice either (I am pretty sure though that Brooklyn's VA is doing Gingka's voice).

I personally thing that the new series is no match with the old one, I think more or less like Kasuti-chan said

Somehow I see that the fourth season is a bit too childish and cliche (maybe because I'm just growing older LOL) although it is nice to see the zodiac implications of the bitbeasts XD

It's not a fourth season. It's a new series. There are also no Bit Beasts because they do not exist in the different universe in which Metal Fight Beyblade is set. The creatures you see are only metaphorical representations of the Beyblades. I hope that helps to clear it up for you. ^^

@Kasuti-chan: I agree there. I think mid-September would be a realistic guess of when the English dub of Meatl Fight comes out in the UK. From what I have seen of that preview of episode thirteen, the dub is not all that great even if Nelvana have kept the original Japanese names for the characters on the whole including retaining the opening theme's tune and titled the episodes close to if not the same as the English translations.

We will most likely find out soon as it airs in Canada today and also because of the internet I am sure many peeps outside Canada are also gonna watch BMF even before it is released in their own countries, I mean the subbed episodes ended up on youtube pretty quickly plus in the time of Bakuten Shoot previews were not leaked.

It helped that Nelvana were the co-producers of this new series of Beyblade that they kept the names, music, episode titles etc. but still "Gingka"?

Again, I quote my own post for those who are mistaken like blader2:

I haven't really been following the series closely, especially since the subs stopped. But I watched the latest episode the other day and I have to say that with all the new characters, things seemed to be picking up. Of course it won't hold a candle to the original (and everyone's first love), if I could actually understand what was going on, I'd be more inclined to follow.

I looked in the TV guide and Argos catalogue and noticed the new series of Beyblade: Metal Fusion starts on Monday 6th September at 4pm on Nicktoons.

You can watch the first episode online here.

Anyone planning on watching it?

No, because I don't have Sky and secondly the dub is worse than Bakuten Shoot's was. The dub voices are ridiculous unlike those of the previous series, which were not too bad. I will stick to the Japanese since I watch both the RAW and subbed versions; plus the seiyuus' voices match the characters perfectly. For your information, the subs have not stopped. If you visit the WBO site you will find that there are still updates.

Actually, more than half of the voices are very fitting. Voices such as Benkei's are exactly the same as in the original version.
