Just used a lot of random glitter, circle and 'phantasm' brushes. That's all to say about it, really. Ah, and I also used a white border/stroke, in case any member wondered if there was one or not.

I thought i'd enter this one since, it won't be much of a competition at the moment with just one entry : P.

No brushes used, as general with my contest entries. Before you all go 'ZOMG! Fanart!', it's my fanart, and I gave myself permission to use it. I was inspired by all the retro colours and ideas floating around the UK at this time of year, and summer of course. So yeah. And the butterflies that look brushed in the background? There's 218 of them, and I had to resize every damn one, since the butterfly brush didn't give the effect I wanted. @_@

----------------

I thought this contest would be a good opportunity to experiment with a completely different style to what I would normally create. The rainbow colour scheme relates to the 'magical' effects present in the character's special attack.

The ''More than meets the eye'' message applies not only to the underestimated character featured in the banner, but also to the forum in general.

No special/downloaded brushes used. Only the normal round ones and custom ones that I made myself.

I used the roundhead brush, I went for a more unisex colour scheme too.
