Hello all! Just a few minor updates and reminders!

First off The Rules have had some re-organisation. Nothing has changed, they're just written and laid out a little differently. If you haven't read the rules yet, please go read them! ^^

Secondly, congratulations to Dragoon X, who is the winner of the Banner Contest. The lovely Kyouju banner you see at the top of the page now is his work. Thanks to everyone who entered! ^^ There were some really great entries.

A quick reminder on Signature Rules

16. Signatures banners are to be 500 pixels X 150 pixels, larger banners will be asked for removal. Banners larger than this size will stretch the size of the screen for 800 x 600 resolution users and make it very annoying. Also, please only use ONE banner in your signature plus a maximum of 4 lines of text if you so desire. (See rules 18 and 19 for exceptions)
17. If you are not using a banner in your signature then you may use no more than 8 lines of text.
18. You may also put in a small, no larger than 100 x 80 pixels, banner in your signature to show you support the protection of fanart. If it's for anything else, it will be asked for removal.
19. You may also have the TK Yaoi Fan banner in your signature.

Please make sure you're following these rules! It's stop the page stretching not only sideways, but long ways too! You don't want to scroll a huge signature to get to the next message do you?

Finally, do remember to read the Art Policy! It's been re-done and it nice and easy to read now ^^ Also don't forget the Avatar and Signature Guidebook is pinned in the Graphics forum if you have questions, or want to report something.
