Welcome!

As we gain members, we may or may not need some more moderators. I'm looking for two from each group. We already have Nam as one from Egg, so that means now we need one from Egg, two from Hatchling, two from Phoenix, and two from Flames.

Basically, what they have to do is look through their group roleplaying section every now and again and find dead roleplays to move to the Graveyard (usually roleplays that haven't been posted in for three weeks to a month), and check to see that everyone is roleplaying up to standard for their group. They don't tell the member if they aren't, but instead will report back to an admin through a PM, and then Keia or myself will look into it. If needed, they may also be asked to do odd jobs around the forum.

They do not gain access to the Admin CP, but they do get the Mod CP. Moderators are not there to accept characters into groups or even post comments on people's applications, but in the case that an application is missing the correct password, they can post a short message explaining the problem and move it to 'Please Edit'.

Experience:
I've been staff on around 18 sites, literally. Over three quarters of that amount was I either an admin, a co-admin or a vice admin. The rest of them I was a mod, so I know my way around both a proboards and an invision control panel. I'm pretty good with coding and skinning, and I do make graphics, and am slowly getting a hang of the different techniques like blending and stuff while trying to find my own kind of style. :]
Why You Should Be a Mod:
I think I should be a moderator because I have a LOT experience with the job and I know my way around the panel. Plus, I love to help people and I think I could be a positive contribution to the team here. :]

Experience: I admin over 8 forums, and have been either Moderator, or Understudy Admin on at least 10 sites that I didn't own for myself. I have a little experiance with graphics, I am currently learning, so I plan to deal with that more as the times comes to it. I understand the IF skinning very well, due to me having so many sites, and each having a different skin.
Why You Should Be a Mod: I think that I would be able to help you guys out, in a positive manner, due to having experiance. I know my way around IF and can help with anything you need it with. If you don't like my style, you can always kick me off the team But I am very postive, and abide by the rules given out to me.
