[&&]AGE/DOB: He's quite ancient you know. Probably 10,000 years old give or take. But that's just him lying about his real 'old' age. He'd just usually say 2047 as he lived 2047 years during his previous incarnation.

[&&]TATTOOS/PIERCINGS/SCARS: No tattoos, no piercings and he does have a scar at the back of his neck.
[&&]CLOTHING STYLE: Among all the Time Lords, this alien's outfits are quite diverse in contrast to the Doctor's apparel.
The Other's outfits would frequently be semi-formal. He always goes up and about wearing dark colored shirts to match his suit which is either black pinstriped, brown pinstripe or a plain black one. He wears jeans and checkered Vans trainers to finish up the outfit. He also wears a beret to complete the outfit sometimes and this time around, he does wear glasses as they serve a purpose. These glasses are used by the Other to 'zoom' into objects and see what has gone unnoticed. He also does wear them just for the sake of making himself look clever, but hates it as the glasses make him look older.
He has another outfit that has him wearing a brown WW2 Coat that is similar to that of Captain Jack Harkness. He wears a brown shirt and brown trousers in this outfit. He also wears a brown bonnet. The 'brown outfit' is a homage to the Doctor's Tenth incarnation, who he had known during his previous incarnation..
He also has one outfit wherein he can be seen wearing the Tenth's brown overcoat with a shirt and jeans inside it. What makes this outfit stand out is that he wears the Fourth's multi-colored scarf. This is his usual outfit when he is either drunk or feeling high.

-The Other has a quite a lot of gadgets gadgets than all incarnations of the Doctor combined and his sonic screwdriver does a hell lot more stuff. Thing is, it still can't open deadlock sealed doors
-Even if he prefers to run away from combat, he is an excellent combatant on his own right.

-He is impulsive and reckless even if he learned harsh lessons from doing so
-He currently doesn't have an idea who he is or why he is here, but he knows what he is and instinctively knows what must be done.
-He loves music and reading books. He won't care if the Daleks are blowing up planets as long as he doesn't finish reading a book or finish listening to a song.

The Other's worst memory would be learning that Gallifrey was destroyed during his exile and losing the person he really loved.
[&&]OVERALL:
There are a lot of faces that the Other has taken up. Eleven faces with Eleven distinct personalities and now after regenerating into the twelfth out of thirteen, this 'Other' seems to be the cheeriest and most positive among all incarnations. Sure enough he harbors post-war guilt just like the Ninth Doctor, but he doesn't let it get in the way of living life as it is. Live and let live as he would say.
This Other was a complete change of pace from his predecessor (Eleventh Other played by Allan Rickman); a perfect example of a positive Scottish stereotype, witty, comic, and insane to some extent. The Other was no uptight Severus Snape, but rather a happy go-lucky Time Lord who shared distinct characteristics with the Second, Seventh and the Ninth Doctor.
Like the Doctor's Second incarnation, the Other had almost childlike recklessness and the clownish behaviour of the Doctor's Seventh incarnation with the upbeat wit of the Ninth Doctor. This positive personality masked his high intellect and post-war guilt and this facade works out for him quite nicely. The Other had this knack of insulting humans and use of profanity to a higher level. Unlike previous incarnations, the Other had perverted tendencies and uses sexual metaphors from time to time. He also displays a lot of knowledge on pop culture just like the Tenth Doctor and shared the Tenth's fascination and curiosity. The Other is also a master of piloting a TARDIS and unlike most Time Lords, he can't read insanely fast.

Apparently, the Other was one of the founding fathers of Gallifrey and was a friend to both Rassilon and Omega. The reason why the Other suddenly vanished out of thin air is that would be he self-exiled himself to another dimension after his lady love died. In that dimension, he would become its 'Doctor' in order to honor the name of his lady love, who wasn't all too keen on the Non-Intervention Policy of the Time Lords.
But time passed and the Other felt that something wasn't right and he went back to his real dimension, only to see the Time War raging on in time and space. Before he could do anything to save his fellow Time Lords, the Doctor managed to destroy both races at war during the Time War, or so he thought.
At the beginning of the renewed friendship of the Master and the Doctor, both were equals. The Masters of time, space and most notably, Earth. The Doctor completely forgot who he was and embraced his ruthless, cold persona that was masked by his eccentric and manic persona. For many years, the Doctor supported and helped the Master in building their empire, but when the Other came back things became much more different. Armed with the fury of an ancient Time Lord, the Other waged war against both the Doctor and the Master and so began the War of the Time Lords. In the end, the Other managed to convince the Doctor to stop this madness and the Other, the Doctor and Romana fought against the Master.
The war ended with the Doctor defeating the Master and for fifty years, the Doctor travelled with Rose and became husband and wife. They even had a son named John and the happy family travelled throughout time and space. But time caught upto Rose and she died of old age. The Doctor then sent John to Pete's World to live there with Rose's brother and deserve a 'life'. Little does the Doctor know that John is part-Time Lord. Unlike the Meta-Crisis Doctor, John can regenerate for 7 times and is the current 'Doctor' of Pete's World.
Time passed and the danger that Rose warned the trio of Time Lords has resurfaced in the form of the Daleks. But these Daleks surprised the Other immensely as these were the Daleks responsible on why the Time War took so long. They were the Daleks far more powerful than the Supreme Dalek and far more secret than the Cult of Skaro. They were the Ultima Daleks. Daleks armed with staser death rays that spelled instant death for the Time Lords. Fortunately for the Other, he managed to escape certain death and regenerate to his Eleventh Incarnation instead, but not before losing Romana in battle.
The life of the Other as the Twelfth was a hard and action-filled one. It was in his lifetime that the Intergalactic Civil War erupted. A war between the Daleks and the rest of the entire galaxy. The Other and the Doctor lead the war against the Daleks and at the same time, continued travelling around time and space with companions to fix the wrongs in the time and space continuum.
The war was long and harsh, but it was eventually won by the duo of Time Lords. In a last ditch attempt to win the war, two Ultima Daleks used the temporal shifting technology to travel back to the Tenth's timeline and kill the Doctor, who was the Daleks greatest enemy. Fortunately the Eleventh Other got wind of their plan and pursued the Daleks, not before getting wounded in battle. As he followed the time-travelling Daleks, the TARDIS was slowly getting torn apart by the 'rip' in time that the Other is creating and the Other himself is undergoing through a cathartic regeneration into his present Twelfth Incarnation. This is where his story begins...

Hopefully this app gets accepted. Hahahah. I was the same guy who asked for the Future Doctor thing you see. His TARDIS also looks like a police call box, but its color red. His TARDIS would seemingly die at first, but the Other would ventually find a way to ressurrect it. Would happen in three months time though.
