i think we should like give awards to the members of the smrpglegacy board

like
hottest topic
most posts (excluding word association cuz all you do is just post some words, although it is a fun game, its the easiest and cheapest way to increase ur number of posts)
member of the month

that kind of stuff anyone??

I dont think that your post count goes up when you play that game. I guess this would be a decent idea but a lot of times it might be the same people over and over again.

I didn't think it went up when you posted in Word Association either. I'll go check. But anyway, rewards would be a good idea, maybe just make them a little different, because for hottest topic, it would always be Word Association. Maybe make the rewards not so broad.

Would be a cool idea. The one problem as said was that the same people might win over and over. Maybe we could do that then also have GOTY awards?

Good I'm not the only one who doens't know what GOTY is. I felt kind of stupid asking.

Game Of The Year

Any type of reward system would be a good thing. People get more active when they have something to gain from it, even if its just a title or something on a forum.

nah in my opinion it would be way too easy to win that award mm, i think the awards should be distributed by hard work, not by writing one word.

Dancing's a start! But you should be able to like, unlock stuff by getting alot of those. Like more smileys or whatnot.

We should expand the leveling system I agree. We need JJ to see these ideas since he's the only mod that comes regularly!

Well, I'm sure he would reply sometime. We would just have to be patient.

Well, I spoke to Doopliss Boy about it. Some of these things are possible, but not all of them. The awards thing can certainly be done. As for the pips thing, you can't really change them. They're just naturally there to denote post count. Added privileges such as deleting your own topics, etc can be made for higher post counts, but I'm not sure about that.

Anything would be nice, it would be some sort of change/shakeup that this place could use to get members coming back more often, and recruit new members.
