Vivian's pretty good with Fiery Jinx. It's a really good move.


And if you want humor, use her confusion move (her last move). I like how the X-Nauts run backwards to hurt their allies.

Well I haven't gotten TOO far in the game... but so far I like Yoshi and Koops. I liked Kooper in the 1st one, so I have to like Koops in the next... LoL. Also, Yoshi is the shiznizzle! In fact, I named him Yoshizzle, but then I decided to change his name to Yoshimo cause it didn't fit... LoL.

Vivian and Bobbery. They're both very helpful. I also used Koops a lot early on.

See! I haven't even gotten those characters yet...

goomballa and vivian!!! multibonk, tattle, fiery jynx, veil and infacturate or wotever its called are the best moves for the partners.

i hear ya brotha XD goombella and vivin were my favorites cause i never levelled up koops even once, and flurrie... well she's just flurry o_o

so yeah, even though i diddnt use goombella against the shadow queen, and bobbery landed the finishing blow, i'd have to say vivian and goombella.


and such.

I tend to like RPG characters based on their personalities rather than their usefulness O____o

Anyway, Goombella rawks (Charge P + Power Lift + Multibonk anyone?), Koops was pretty decent early in the game, and both Yoshi and Vivian can deal some nice defenceless damage, plus Yoshi is good for attacking almost anything. I'm indecisive like that.

Yoshi help me with lots of battles, plus he's got a cool attitude.

Vivian' Infatuate made Bowser and Kammy Koopa extremely easy, plus she has cool fire powers.

Mine is Vivian, because I beat the game with her and she defeated Rawk Hawk, too!! She pwns!!

I'd have to go with Ms. Mowz. She may not be powerful, she may not get a lot of life, but her attack pierces defense and she reminds me of a ninja. I think its the stealth and stealing.

Well out of the 4 party members I have... I like Yoshi and Koops the best... there the most useful at the moment. Unfortunately, Koops has the least health... but he's good against groups of things on land.

i know how ya feel. for a computer character she is the cutest eva!

She's only a shadow for god sakes... and how do you even get her?

I used Goombella for (almost) the entire game, switching very rarely. Damage-wise, she's the strongest since damage plus badges technically raise her attack by 2 unstead of 1. She can also flip shelled enemies and keep them on their backs.

However, I did use Vivian a lot during the last battle phase 4 and the extra boss battle. Her attacks are strong and the fire status problem that she inflict on enemies make boss battles much easier.

The yoshi kid (Yoster in my game) was invaluable for the last battle phase 1 & 2 as well as for destroying those annoying enemies who hang from the ceiling.

when you're in Twilight Town,after you beat Doopliss your first time,she's looking for an item(forgot what it was)you find it for her and she joins your party

I'm only up to Chapter 5, but I use Yoshi the most as he seems the most effective for now, since he can attack spiked enemies.

Personality-wise, Ms. Mowz (sure it has nothing to do with her catchy little theme song... ).

Ya, I got Vivian and Ms. Mowz yesterday. Unfortunately I don't find Ms. Mowz that useful, because everywhere I go she always says I'm close to an item... LoL. I guess you have to look at how fast that diamond above her is beating though.



Vivian is pretty cute I suppose now that she's in my party. So many girls though. I mean there's Vivian, Ms. Mowz, Flurrie, and Goombella. And for boys there's only Bobbery, Yoshi, and Koops...



I'm sure Bobbery's gonna be a cool character, I'm gonna get him today... only I don't know where to find him...

my fav is vivan, she got me out of many situations in lots of battle. like the one against cortez.

to find him, all you gotta do is go east til you find a bridge, instead of going across it jump across the river with yoshi, jump up the boxes and across the roof. you will find a thing like a chimney, fold your body into a tube and drop down to find bobbery.

I think koopek(koops in french) and bombart(bombbery in french too)
are the best characters in paper mario, their problem is just they can't attack ennemies like paratroopas, paragoombas etc, ....
but mario is here for kick them!

Since I didn't use many combos like that Charge, Power Lift, Multibonk, I just went for straight force, which meant Bobbery, Vivian, and Flurry the only characters used throughout the game once I got them. I used Yoshi a lot only because he gets me around faster (I don't care about your back, I'm riding !!)

ms. mouz cause she reminded me of watt because of her love slap attack and i love watt. Plus you gotta dig her theme song.

wow, i just got mz mows again (i didnt have her on this file yet), but when i got her and used her i realised how usful she is, on my first file when i got her i never realised she looked in the direction of the treasure.


one question. i was in the room where ttyd is (where the pedestal thing is) and i used her, i went where she pointed, then went down a bit and she started jumping and sed i was right next to it. only thing is, there is nothing atall there.

did u try using a super jump or a regular hammer attack it might be a flip over panel but i dunno for sure because i haven't found that one yet.
