Never had a pet but death isnt always a easy thing to confront.... my best wishes to you....

but i've learned to deal with death, really death isn't all that bad SM, the soul never dies, but the body does, death will happen no matter what in life, you cannot avoid it nor can your family/friends, picture this, would you want your dog to stay alive forever? It would be wonderful, i wish my dogs could live forever too. However as time passes, they grow old, then pain comes in, they won't stay healthy forever ya know , eventually we all get diseased etc, due to our old age, now we can't suffer forever in life, this is where death plays a role, it takes the pain from us, however families do grieve, i know its hard to lose someone that you dearly loved, but it happens, you have to face it in life. Picture this life is like a history timeline, events are expected to happen, death, birth, murder etc. You can shape your future, that is true, but you can't control death.

Urngh,,, I know how you feel, It feels as if you have nowhere to go.

I had two cats. There was also a big black lab that I was friends with miles away. And of course, a tree. All four of them died within one week.

One of the cats I'd had for 8 long years.
The other was poisoned.
The dog died of old age.
The tree was ripped up by a storm- and used for lumber.

A Hiatus? I seen some crazy and low things in this Legacy before…but this is far by the lowest this Legacy has ever sunk. What happen to the Super Mallow that I know? The same Super Mallow who took Super Mario RPG to the next level five years ago? It’s very hard to believe that someone like me will actually say something like this, but it’s true.

During my sophomore year in High School, I was finish with my computer work and I decided to surf the internet while the teacher wasn’t looking. I Google “smrpg” and I saw “Super Mario RPG Legacy” I thought it was pretty cool, so I check the place out…and it was totally AWESOME!!! I stop after the teachers force the school to have “Child safety blocks” all over the internet…not cool man …not cool. Five years later I came back and saw that the Legacy has a forum. “I didn’t know this place has a forum ” , I say to myself…but I read that Super Mallow has open it up again because he was bored. In order for the forum to keep going, I did my Super Mario RPG duty and join the Legacy.

After some good times and bad times, I left the Legacy to enjoy Christmas Break “stress-free.” Everything was going fine until Shine Ninja told me a week ago that the Legacy was under a Hiatus. If I did the same methods I do all the time and blow a gasket, than I’ll be on a one way trip to…okay maybe not there, but I will feel guilty about it later. So instead I’m going to ask you two questions…

1. Are you really going to moan for the dead forever and abandon the people who cares about Super Mario RPG right in front of you?...well not exactly in front of you…but you know what I’m talking about.

2. A couple of months ago, you say that your desire for the legacy is gone, but do you remember why you started the forum in the first place?

I not saying that because I’m heartless, soulless, person…I know how it feels to lose somebody precious…but I’m saying this because if Angel did somehow have a connection to the Super Mario RPG Legacy, then that means she wouldn’t want the Legacy to have a Hiatus on her behalf. She wants it to keep going until the very end.

He is saying that SM should try and remember what made him start this in the first place. And he himself said that the reason that he left was that he thought that the Legacy was doing good. Now that it's not, maybe he will come back.

It is true, you must think about the lost one, would she want you to always be sad and never get up and continue what she helped and maybe inspired you to work on? Also let's remember, that some people consider SMRPGL to be a very good thing and come here a lot, and if you abandon SMRPGL, you'll be making them just as sad as you are right now, and personally, I would not want that to happen.

This is a great website, it's gone on 5 years with the help of you and Angel, and now it must go on without one, but should still be able to handle itself, because of the great community and great content the site has under its belt. I'm sure that what everyone including Angel would want would be for the site to continue as long as it can, and shall continue as a memory of her.

Ugh, it's a shame. I used to enjoy coming here so much. Funny to think it's been about 5 or 6 years since I first came to SMRPGL, let alone the times I spent on SOTSS.

So I guess I was too late when I joined...
Cause I was looking at SMRPG Legacy ever since layout version 2 was created.

I never created an account on the forums though, until now.
Aw man, I should've created an account like about...6 months ago.

And I'm sorry about your dog called Angel dieing.
But of course, those things do happen.

Although, sometimes I kinda wish that a forum called PokéCosmo comes back again.
In case I forgot to mention, PokéCosmo is also a forum which cannot be seen anymore. But the point is, I'm still waiting for the owner of PokéCosmo to come online on MSN. So far, he hasn't very much.

So yeah, those things do happen, unfortunately.

It has been two months since the Hiatus Saga began and the Legacy is still alive. Don't worry Platinum Lucario, you're not too late, in fact you're early. As soon as April roll around, the Legacy will rise from the Dark Abyss of Infinite Gameovers and we finally have something to talk about. In the meantime, the remaining members will try to keep the Legacy alive...more or less.

It has been (Almost ) 4 months since the Hiatus started...the few bright sides is that some new members came and some old members returned, we have plenty of video game related stuff to talk about and JJ A.K.A. JonnyJinx (or one of the admins) came back...WOO!

Besides that, the 13th Anniversary of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (May 13, 2009 for U.S. and March 9 for Japan…sorry Doopliss Boy, I forgot…I remember it next year since it’s the same day Super Smash Bros Brawl came out for the U.S.), the 1st anniversary for Super Mario RPG for Europe on September 1, 2009, and the Super Mario RPG Legacy 6th anniversary (July 8, 2009) is almost here...so stay tuned.

This is kind of depressing.......i was hopping that this wouldn't last long but it has been like 4 months now......

Sad, just sad....

.....I guess Super Mallow hasn't came back yet. Oh well, he just need time.

Anyway, I glad the Radiance Paladin noted all of those important dates.

Too bad there isn't any way for the fans now to let the site live until he comes back.

Hopefully, he will be back. This site is great and caught my attention and heart within a few seconds.

Man, it's been so many months now since the hiatus began.
Yet, I don't think he's gonna return, the main site only displays the news now. The only thing that stands now is the forum, which is a likely chance it'll also be lost to the sands of time. I think SM has completely forgotten about this site, and I would imagine he would since he's in his 20's, and I would imagine he has to go to work too. And possibly be in Uni as well.

But we won't ever forget about this site's end. This site has meant a lot to us. Even though I might have registered too late, but oh well. This site has had a great history.

Since SM wrote this, he has been working on a new project with Johny Jinx and Baby Bros.

Most of us have migrated over there, and the forum is not dead like it is here now. It is kind of sad to see SMRPG Legacy end like this, but it lives on in Donut Plains!
