My doctor says I am perfect weight, I don't believe him. I tell him when he weights me I have at least a pound of clothes on... I have taken up runnning.

I work out at the gym every three days to stay in shape (not for body building) so my weight is not in fat but I still weigh about 150 so just because your heavy doesn't mean your fat. Also how tall you are plus your genetics determine how you will grow, also remember even 250 pounds might not be one person's overweight mark it really depends on the person and how they grow.

Thunder, you should look at a weight chart. I'm just two inches higher than you and I'm at LEAST 170 lbs!! And I'm actually fine, believe it or not.
