i cant seem to get the paper mario working on my emu.plz help! :o

Um... what are you having problems with, exactly? What emulator are you using? Etc.?

And as a side note: N64 ROMs suck

im usin pj64 emu and when i load up paper mario it just freezes and the picture doesnt even come up. its not the rom since iv downloaded lik 3 of em. and the emu works good with other games lik quest 64. :huh:

You sure it's not the rom?

i have the pm rom, and i have played through it twice, on a different emulator that is, try pj64, its the best from what i have found and tried!

(note, since the paper mario game was one of the latest releases of the n64, it was specially imbeded so it wouldnt be easy to use it on an emulator, so expect graphic bugs with any emulator.. how ever, they arnt bad if you set your emulators video settings to match your computers for the most part, or get a new 3rd party video pluggin for your emulator.)

(problems may include: black sprites, flickering in places like toad town and the menu screen looking akward.)

Better suggestion. Buy Paper Mario and an N64. You can get that for at the very most 30 dollers at EB games or Gamestop.

If your emulator is set to full screen, try switching that off, too. I had mine on full screen and when I loaded a ROM the computer crashed...

KK, PM is a very rare game.... EXTREMELY hard to come by....

my PM rom works ok, but the screen glitches up at the start of a battle, for a short time and some of those cinema screens always skip...

yeah, that is hard to aviod, but it doesnt take away from the gameplay at all... its still a great game to play even with graphic glitches.... make sure you have a usb controller, playing it on key board is no fun..
