	Noctum Streets The bustling city of Noctum's busy streets are a constant hum of activity. Avatars and demons walk the streets among mortals. The undead police the streets controlled by liches loyal to the Lord. All over there are bazaars that sell random goods from people's skulls to blood of different animals. 	Noctum Historical District Even a town as evil as Noctum has some culture, especially when the Lord's rule is so strong.
