1)Basic Telas, he is able to to use blasts and balls of light to burn/distract others. Can also manipulate fire into diferent shapes and sizes etc.
2)Developed Telas, Becoming more adept with his warren, Sparker can control fire even better than before than before. Lances of fire, capable of inflicting considerable damage, and explosive fire attacks are now under his command.
3)Basic Ruse, he is able to use blasts and orbs of water to attack others. He can manipulate it so it changes shape, changes size, moves or changes temperature.
4)Developed Ruse, Becoming more adept with his warren, Sparker can control water even better than before than before. Lances of water, capable of inflicting considerable damage, and powerful wave attacks are now under his command.
5)Ruse Near-Mastery, Sparker uses water as if it is an extension of himself, lashing out with lethal energy, and throwing up sheild to block bullets.
6)Ruse Mastery, he can now use water to create weapons and armour and burst torrents of it from thin air, as well as sweep people away and drown them. He can push water into his enemys and rip them apart, and also seal doorways with ice.
7)Basic mind reading, Can communicate telepathically and use mind sheilds.
Looks: Shoulder length messy black hair, slight green tint. He wears a blue t-shirt and jeans, with black trainers. He wears fingerless cotton gloves (Black with green stripes) to match his hair. He has green eyes.
History: He had a good life, growing up with his brther Steal, and soon became a Gaurdian of the Teanas Rune Mansion after Steal joined up. They were turned to stone statues during a war with Angels and were freed recently when Scarlett got upset and called on them. He quickly became good friends with Acorn.
