Build: Not tall and not short. Not muscular and not extremely thin. He is rather average in build but really underneath he is quite strong.

Power:

War veteran: Ted has been in many wars. Still acting ad a guard for the city and sporting his war uniform. He has become an expert with his beloved Winchester repeater. Perfecting his aim. It is said that this gun itself has killed thousands of zombies. (sorry had to reference l4D)

What Made Ted a survivor was the fact he can enchant his bullets. He has two main enchantments, fire and lightning.
Fire - upon hitting the target fire spreads out rapidly around the wound. Useful against hard to hit targets where a single scratch can set the target on fire.
Lightning - lightning enchanted bullets go extremely fast. The lightning itself is only used to propel the bullet. These bullets go through lots of types of cover and will rip straight through a human.

Looks:

Dark grey long beard with the same coloured short hair. Wears a dark green beret with a matching jacket. Often seen with a cigarette in his mouth. He wears dark green trousers and under his jacket is a lighter green T-shirt. He has a large W tattoo on his right shoulder with a 1 underneath it.

History: As a young kid he was a war obsessed child. He always wanted to join the army. When he was 15 he joined the Winchester regiment. He and a few friends got the W tattoo on their right shoulder. When they first went to war against the undead all of his friends died coming back as zombies, which Bill didn't hesitate to kill. He has quite a sarcastic sense of humour. He discovered his power when 21 he was stuck on a rooftop with 3 others who were the last of his platoon left. It was then he discovered the power to add the lightning to his bullets by touching them. At 40 he retired from the army being known as a hero by other soldiers. He has become a mercenary and one of the city guard since.

Religion: Never been considered by him but he is probably closest to Christian although he consistently breaks the rules.

Weapons: Winchester Repeater, trigger action. Think Shaun of The Dead. Although a modification made himself was a metal rod going along the underbarrel to be used to block swords and strengthen the guns frame.
