Ok, so to go with the overhaul of the site we're posing a question to old members (we haven't forgotten about you!) that may divide opinions widely. If you had the chance, would you start it all again?

What I speak of is forgetting the topics that have gone before and begin your characters once more from the Character Entrance forum. It won't require any reworking of your profiles - powers, equipment, etc will all stay the same (unless you don't want them to) I'm speaking merely of reverting back to the starting point from a plot perspective. This is through the belief that many members may have become less active because they believe their character's narrative arcs have gone as far as they can. Therefore reverting back to the beginning would give members a chance to do things differently (or the same way, if they liked it the first time around).

Believe me when I say this is a tentative question to ask, so we'd greatly appreciate if everyone who reads this topic would vote in the poll. Don't be shy to ask any questions about the proposed change either.

Sorry to be critizising this poll, but would it not be easier to let those that do want to start again start agian and for those that don't want to, to carry onfrom where they are?

Except then if lets say...Sylviidae started over but Tomas Hydraxus didn't, then Tomas would know her and have memories of her but she would not know him. So to avoid this contradiction I think we should just all restart or all stick to our guns.

I would love to start over with Tharis, he was too emo and anti-social, which made it hard for me to rolepaly with the less violent characters and those who just wanted to talk. I think it would also be good to have a fresh start, it would open up alot more oppurtunties for plots and etc. So I vote Yes

Hasier is right, it would be good if some people could chose to restart, while others could decide not to. But as Etern said, it would cause to many complications ICly.

Yeah, I considered it but really it would just become a mess plot-wise. Of course, you're free to let Hasier take the same route in life he did before.
