Tikal sat down just outside the city, leaning against the wall. She was clearly not herself, having felt distraught from Ken's absence, which drove her out here to see if he had left, just like Corbin did so long ago.
Hoping for his familiar presence, she rested her head against her slender snakelike body, and let out a small sigh.
