Until you get to character level 3, you are only allowed to have one character. At level three you are permitted to have three characters. At level five you may have four, and upon attaining the level of Veteran Citizen you are allowed six.
For each level, your characters may have one power each; starting with one and growing as you role-play. These are abilities or attributes specific to the character, and can include magic, or skill with weapon or in the arts.

Note that as a result of the current shortage of trolls, anyone making a troll character will be offered a great amount of licence in their use, such as an a additional power, and assistance with plots. Any changes you would like to see should be PMed to an admin, preferably Vayne Sera.

Rarity works just like levels do; at level one you may have a rarity one raced character, at level two a level two rarity race, and so on. In order to get an in-depth look at each race, click on its name.
