Name: Dathorian Rane
Age: One thousand three hundred and fifty four
Height: 6"8 in full armour
Build: He is bulky and muscled, though he can still get around extremely quickly.
Warrens: Orius Mortuus, Phalleck
Power: 1) Summon minions - He can summon undead soldiers from the ground if there are any burials nearby, or animate the corpse of a recently killed person. If he reanimates a recently killed corpse, it looks exactly how it did before it died, but rather than taking a month to fully decay, it decays in a few days and become a skeletal minion. If he reanimates a corpse that was killed long ago, it comes out as a skeletal minion. He can also summon ghosts or banshees, or a skeletal hand out of the ground to grab an enemy. In combat, this costs him runes. Out of combat, it doesnt, however he cant summon loads of minions then go into combat. 2) Undead steed - He summoned the corpse of his old steed from when he was a paladin, and enslaved it to his will. He uses it for speed and mobility and it never tires. He calls it Imperator, and he often refreshes its enslavement and possession so as to stop it from losing its undeath. Some say its the only thing he still feels compassion for.
History: He was born to a family of christians in an abbey, and grew up into the perfect child. He never sinned, unless it was for the greater good. He always thought that the end justifies the means, as long as its not too drastic. He eventually began training with preists and the abbeys gaurdian knights, as his parents didnt know which he would do better as. He did well with the knights, so continued his training with them, however he began using his command of the light whilst fighting. The abbey eventually realised his potential and sent him to an ancient temple, far away in the mountains. There, he joined The Knights of the Golden Hammer, and became a paladin. He trained for years, eventually rising through the ranks and getting knighted. He was brave and virtuous. He was given a steed, a war axe and a holy polearm to hep him enforce the light. He helped the poor and needy, blessed the dying and healed the sick. He was seen as a force of good to all, and was feared by evil... Until the fateful day when he met his match in a necromancer, who managed to defeat him and strike him through the heart with a cursed blade. He sent back Dathorians dead corpse as a warning to the knights. They placed it within a coffin, along with his weapons and armour, and placed blessings on his spirit and the coffin. It was said that if the coffin is opened, he will awaken with dark powers of the undead due to the cursed blade. The coffin was kept within the crypt of the temple, which was reserved for the most pure of the paladins. Upon the temples destruction, it was sent to Nether city to be kept in the catacombs there. He was kept there for over a further twohundred years, until his tomb was opened by a relic hunter, quite recently. He is now a Death Knight. During his reawakening, his weapons twisted and morphed into dark shadows of their once holy selves, and so did his powers...
Race: Undead/Death Knight
Friends: Himself, Imperator.
Weapons: His polearm, read above. His axe.
Like that, however the handle is straight and its double bladed and perfectly symetrical. (I may attempt to draw the axe at some point... Expect fail of epic proportions)
