Name: : Dr. Gabriel Fogg
Age: 47
Height: 7'6"
Build: The build of the good Doctor would make an anorexic kill to have. He is immensely thin and slender though he is not feminine is appearance, while undoubtedly not masculine either. He appears more as though someone had eviscerated a corpse and stretched the flesh back over it as thin as possible. Additionally, his unnatural height causes his form to be even more extended and thin looking, all to the point of making him seem very frail.
Power: Corrupted Curativo: Dr. Fogg has taken the benign magics of healing and twisted them into something horrifying and unnatural. Instead of using the magic to simply heal, he has used it to mutate with the very power of life itself. By focusing the magic on living cells, he has forced different kinds of growth in his body to cause his unnatural shape and size. As an offensive power, this works better for Fogg to edit his own physiology, such as increasing muscle mass or forcibly growing his bones to make weapons from. When used on other people, this can act benignly or it could cause malignant cancerous mutations. To keep everything working efficiently, Dr. Fogg has incorporated an amount of clockwork into his body, becoming less of a cyborg and more of a self-powered puppet.
Abhorrent Physiology: Dr. Fogg's continued experiments upon himself have resulted in him becoming something only human by default. Dr. Fogg's anatomy is completely unique to himself, lacking organs organs than normal humans would have and possessing organs that only he possesses. This causes several interesting effects for the Doctor. First off, he has removed his ability to sense pain; this makes him harder to stop but at the same time causes him to unintentionally cause himself damage by not paying attention to the limits of his form. Second, Fogg lacks the need to produce waste of any kind and works off of very simple nutrients which he can process with 100% efficiency. Finally, Fogg's mind is so alien that telepathic entrance, indeed any psychic connection and illusions to his mind is likely to cause severe backlash to the invader.
Clock and Steam Mastery: Doctor Fogg is not only interested in using biological means to reach perfection but mechanical as well. While others focus heavily on finding lost technologies from the olden days, Doctor Fogg is more interested in creating his own inventions, although a great many of them seem very Wellian or Vernesian. With this power, Fogg is able to with time create a vast sum of technological wonders including: matchlock gonnes (very early style hand cannons), automatons, a steam cart, etc. Additionally, Doctor Fogg uses this technology upon himself, improving his life support with the clockwork mechanics and furthering himself even farther from humanity. This power does not mean he can at random pull out a Steam AK 47, what it means he has the means and knowledge to produce with time fairly creative and useful inventions of various kinds.
Looks: The picture posted below and the avatar I use were commissioned and paid for by me to Alexis Cala. The image represents Yomotsu Sangeki who is a character I used in a previous site and upon whom Dr. Fogg is based. The only difference in appearance between him and Dr. Fogg are as follows: Dr. Fogg keeps his hair in a ponytail, Dr. Fogg has dark green eyes, Dr. Fogg's clothing is white dress shirt and black breeches with a black robe over it. Additionally Dr. Fogg wears black kid leather gloves over his deformed hands.
History: Dr. Gabriel Fogg is a man who would make Hippocrates wish to hang himself. In his early life, Gabriel was one of those children who actively tortured small animals and pulled the wings of off flies. However he did not stop there, often he would attempt to staple or sew on other parts in an attempt to "make it better." Later on in his life he lost the vicious side of himself though he kept the want to make things better. Medicine and healing became strong focuses in his life, doing everything he could in order to heal, fix, and most importantly improve. Over the years he gained a greater and great understanding of the anatomies of various beings, not limiting his healing skills to only fellow humans. The knowledge he held and his drive to improve life forms slowly corrupted him, making him obsessed with surgical techniques and modifications that can be called unsavory at best.
Eventually his horrid experiments gained the attention a demonic entity known as Paimon. Dr. Fogg saw this being more as a potential surgical experiment more than a potential ally, though attempting to attack the being ended in the favor of the demon. Paimon felt that Fogg had potential, the cruel experiments often ending in death or worse which was pleasing to the vile creature. In return for his soul and his continued experiments, Paimon granted Fogg Curativo. Since then Dr. Fogg has experimented on others and incorporating his successes into his own being in painstaking processes. In the City he is well known as a miracle worker when it comes to healing though at the same time he is seen as the last option for his prices are steep and the possibility he might do more harm than good is quite strong.
Race: Human
Religion: Dr. Fogg does not worship, however he does know of the existence of Gods. His personal contact with the divine is the Demon Prince Paimon, from whom he gained his magic
Friends:None
Weapons: Dr. Fogg always keeps various medical tools upon his person, including but not limited to: a bone saw, various scalpels, clamps, syringes, chemicals (endorphins, adrenaline, morphine, toxin from the Atropa belladonna aka Deadly Nightshade), hand cranked drill, steel wire, needles.
New Item: Gonne- A single shot hand cannon similar to early Chinese guns.
