Age: Boris himself is around 153 although his body looks about 30, every 5 years that goes by his body ages by 1 year.

Build: A frail looking man he is quite pail. He is thin and also wirey.

Power:
Oracle visions.
Whether these visions are of true power, or of true madness. Even Boris himself does not know. These visions envelop the target, bringing them into the vision. Things warp, business men can turn into daemons. The complete world changes to how Boris himself imagines it. Sometimes these visions are useful though, the victim can sometimes see his future, as it happens in front of him, he cannot intervene with it at this time and if he gets too close it will disappear. (If you want your future to be shown then simply send me a PM and we can make a thread or somin bout it) In these visions some times the target will be attacked, in a fight Boris himself can use these visions against people as they appear at his will, he could make himself look like a daemon using the visions or make himself look like an old frail man. If Boris is knocked unconscious, falls asleep, or obviously dies, then these visions disappear and are replaced with the real world again. Many of these visions include futures of the world, including the ruin of the Nether or how it came to be. He can put more then one person into the vision. In the visions he cannot create something out of nothing, he cannot make a fake sword appear in thin air, it must have something to be "moulded" around, although if he was to get a briefcase, he could make it appear like a sword in his vision, although if he hit someone with it, it would still feel like a briefcase, ruining the realistic feel to it. These visions work on any race and can even make the target feel like it is their future.

Oracle Age
Boris ages at a different rate then, well, all humans. For ever 5 real years that go by, Boris' body ages by 1 year. This meens he will live for roughly 900 years. Of which he has only lived a small portion.

Looks:

Boris wears a tuxedo which in most cases is very clean. He has a lot of money which enables him to have lots of the suits. Boris is bald and often has a suitcase in his hands. In his visions he often looks like an old man with white hair. This old man has few teeth and often speaks incoherently. If Boris aged properly this would be what he looks like.

History: Boris was born as the Oracle, as was his father, and his father's father and so on for millions of years before him. When he got to the age of 10 his ageing stopped and his father started dieing, as was the way of the oracles. At the age of 20 he started creating his visions. The first time he started them was when the daemon apocalypse began. He used it then to make himself look like a daemon since at the time Nether city wasn't like it was now. He had seen the Nether city in the future though and had started walking towards it. When he arrived the city was growing as humans and daemons alike flocked there for protection. Upon arrival he decided he was bored of his life, he didn't want to do the same as his family millions of years before did. He started causing havoc, while never killing anyone he made many commit suicide. He has influenced the greatest powers of the Nether before and plans to do it again with the interesting rise of the new powers, like the mutant "king"...
