Power: Raven can make wings sprout from his back in a jet-black color. Using these large, majestic wings, he can fly at speeds of up to 100kmph. When these wings sprout, and go back in it causes Raven great pain.

Raven can call down meteorites of energy, electrical energy. The meteorites will be an electric blue color and will be about 2 cubic meters in size.

Raven can conjure electrically charged balls of energy the palm of his hand. At maximum, the balls will be about 30 cubic centimeters in size. As the energy from his body transfers into these balls, giving them their power, his hand will glow and crackle with energy. If he throws these balls they will electrocute their target. However, if h creates too many of these balls then he will rain all of his energy and eventually die.

Looks: Raven has an athletic build. He has jet-black hair, medium length. He has perfect skin, perfect, sapphire-blue eyes, a beautiful, lyrical voice. Basically, he is perfect in all senses of the word.

History: Raven Night Halk. He had always been teased about that name when he was a child. When he was 19 he was on his way home from high school, after a long day of being teased, when he was attacked. The vampire drained him of almost all his blood and left him for dead, but Raven pulled through and changed. The change altered his physical appearance greatly, and the next day when he went to school almost every girl was after him. But, he decided not to take up their offers, he’s just searching for that special someone.

Race: Vampire, of course.

Religion: Atheist.

Weapons: A single, small, razor sharp, long knife thingy, that sits nicely on his back.

I've had an idea for my next character, and that power is going to them, so I completely changed it...

Approved but you get a limit on the amount of meteorites. Three at a time, no ridiculous showers of rocks that level city blocks.
