Not just centuries, but millenia of knowledge are locked away in his mind, from the beginning of humanity itself. Coupled with this, he is a natural leader, having ruled over the Riz¡¦akar clan since the breaking of the ¡¥First family¡¦ of vampires. He has great influence with his race, not to mention his ties to the Windwolf family, both through service (protection during the civil war) and family (Santino Rainclaw). Finally, his power is substantial enough to bring authority with a cruel, but fair, judgement. I fully believe I would be a good candidate for Moderator because of my hard working attitude, dedication to the site and willingness to always put forward ideas to make the site better (eg. The Coven, The Museum, Adopt a Characters, and a great deal of vampire history and culture) Moderating forums would be no problem for me, as I spend a long time reading topics out of interest. The Nether has been ran by an excellent team of Admins and Moderators for some time now, but as the site grows more staff will be needed. I would love to contribute more personally to the site in all it¡¦s aspects. I have a very creative mind, and am full of ideas that I¡¦d like to help implement. Of course, as well as out of character ideas, The Nether is a role playing forum after all, and it is the plots that make the role playing enjoyable. To answer your question on a site wide plot, I would create a plot based around the vampires of The Nether City. They¡¦re as old as humanity, embellished in real world myths and legends around the globe, and ripe with backstory, so there¡¦s definitely a lot to be done with them. This wouldn¡¦t be a simple ¡¥vampires versus vampire hunters¡¦ plot, as has been seen in the past. It would involve clans, struggles for power, the vampire standing among the city, and yes, a few non vampire ¡V vampire conflicts to involve other members who don¡¦t wish to play the bloodsuckers. Please write, in a paragraph or two, why you feel you should be given the spot. Also, explain briefly what you feel you would contribute to the site if chosen for a Staff Position. Marciel informed Raskar as they strode through the hospital ward, filled completely with vampires. "A further nineteen wounded." his gaze wandered to a youngster, the boy's face covered in burns. Those in the ward were healing, slowly, but they would bear the scars of the previous night. Raskar didn't seem to care, looking straight ahead. Marciel turned back. "A massacre, cousin. My men..." Raskar turned to face Marciel sharply. "Your men, and I use the term lightly for they are, in fact, my men, were led into a trap and slaughtered. They were following your orders, and your actions caused their deaths." His hand shot out, grabbing Marciel by the throat and lifting his frail form off the ground with ease. "I would kill you now if it weren't for your knowledge of the other clans, knowledge that after six hundred years is looking dangerously outdated, cousin." He dropped Marciel, who slumped to the floor gasping for air. Raskar turned, facing the wounded vampires of the room. "Lick your wounds, younglings, and know that if you fail again you'll each feel my personal wrath. I'm taking control of this operation."
