| QUOTE (Mgrist @ Sep 7 2009, 07:18 AM) | | Just noticed that I'm still at 1006 on Bios. Found a 1201 but not a lot of good reviews. What do I need or do I need anything? And where the hell can you download them? I don't want to "sign up" for 2 years of junk mail just to get a new bios. |
If you have the ASUS boards, just go to their website and wade through the pages entering the information that they request, and you will be presented with a download area that has all the drivers, bios updates and anything else that they have for that motherboard. Select and download. It is free of charge, and I have not had them bother me with a membership or anything like that.
Then it has been a couple of months or more since I was there myself, maybeI should go and check it out and make sure no changes have been applied to the site.
