July 22 - Among the revelations to come: Viewers will learn more about Desmond and Penny, why Locke was paralyzed, why Libby was in the asylum, and why the island has healing powers. Source: Sci Fi Wire

It should be interesting to see how they explain Libby in the asylum without her actually being...alive. Also, I think the reason Locke was paralyzed may relate to why he was healed.
