The Year is 2215 and the earth has flourished and died multiple times since the shifting of the world order and global economy. The outside of humanity seems to finally grasp the ideology of social ecology. But perfection is nothing more than a futile concept, a precious lie to cover the scandals and horrors of human life. A common placed cold pill called Rethenol was released twenty-one years ago, and with its release a new breed of human has slowly started to come about. The product of the drug was either a miscarriage or what is now known as a Gifted. Cases of strange abilities and ‘powers’ began to spread through the media, spurring fear and hate along with it.

Twenty-one years has passed and society is in the threshold of change. A section of police, titled the Gendarme, was created to hunt and pursue all Gifted. Schools have become breeding grounds for witch hunts, and the government surges forward to capture as many gifted beings as they can for ‘study’ and experimental usage. It’s a dawn of survival, of gritty existence and wild evolution.
