Through each other's eyes, HEYYYYYYY!

So the technician whom Selene let go (and we have to assume that he was human because he went ker-splut) said that Subjects One and Two could see through each other's eyes, but Selene didn't even know that Subject Two existed.

What if it wasn't Selene that Subject Two was seeing? What if it was Michael?

We've been assuming that Michael, like Selene, was unconscious throughout his stasis, but what if he could periodically see through Subject Two? It would explain why they put him in the storage closet where there was nothing important to see.

Since Terraphim has already nabbed the all-time primo plot bunny for this movie, I think it might be cool to have Michael know things about Sub Two. Since Michael needs a personality for any Underworld 5, that could be his thing: He was awake those twelve years and has been biding his time.

Have you read the manga Hellsing? There's a vampire there named Alucard, he is a real monster with his enemies and while he is not entirely likeable* with your idea I can see Michael becoming somehow like him.

*Alucard as a character is horrible, he sometimes despises humanity, he is really cruel and enjoys it to the point of taunt his enemies before killing them. I love Michael because he is a good guy but now I just want him to loose part of his humanity while he fights for what he believes.


Edit: There's this volume in the manga where Alucard is in a hotel room and the entire armed police has him surrounded, his true enemy is downstairs waiting for others to do his job. The policemen enter shooting to kill and Alucard kills like two hundred of them violently while he travels all the floors down. Then he faces his enemy (a shitty mastermind), chats with him and then kills him.

That's something Selene would do.
