He's only 30 miles south of me. He appears to be in good health, and I can see why it is possible for him to reach 110 (keeping in mind that is similar to a woman reaching 112).

It's probably closer to a woman reaching nearly 114.

I think he has about the best shot of reaching 110 as any other 107 year old male you might find... :D

the only downside in his story is that he has outlived his savings twice already. its a good thing there are still many kindhearted souls in Virginia and elsewhere willing to donate just so he can still stay in his present home.
