I'm very curious about this. I know that Riudavets and Floquet were able to ride bikes at age 110, but traveling on a ship or a plane is more more intense for the body.
With respect to supercentenarian aircraft passengers, only two have ever done so. The name of one escapes me, but the other is Charlotte Hughes, who flew on a Concorde in celebration of her 110th birthday.
