I've just found this article talking about a 110 yo african living in Ivory Coast. His name is Esmel Gnagne Ernest. He is said to be a friend of former president L.Gbagbo. However, there is no date of birth nor photo given in the article.
The article mostly talks about politics and Gbagbo.

I fully agree...He seems about 80/90
I agree, HE IS NOT 110. This is another exaggerated case. I think he is around 80 years old...
