This would place 14 or 6 in the list.[I]

Simmons was almost certainly 108 (based on what the 1900 Census said). Also, you forgot to put Galo Leoz's year of birth (1879). Xueliang was 100 at the time of his death, not 110. Marjory Stoneman Douglas is not a male.

Please note that this list (and my Last World War I Veterans by U.S. State) are incomplete simply because I don't have enough time to update and complete them.

Zhang Xueliand at 10th place in yoour list, if lived 1901-2001 is only 100 years old, not 110.
