Title: How was Maria Capovilla verified?

I was just wondering about this, as she lived in a very poor country and she outlasted every other SC born in 1889 by over two years. I know that her family was wealthy, but it's still very interesting that a SC from a poor country can outlast all the other SCs from her birth year (and before) by such a long time.

There are a LOT of poor people in the U.S. Go driving on the old highway grid (not the interstate grid) and see what's out there.

Maria Capovilla was the daughter of a colonel, and as a Catholic, records existed for the high-class population.

Was Capovilla ever double-checked?
