Friedwich Wedeking was born on 10 October 1862. If he is alive today, he will be 149 years, 3 days old. On 10 October, we celebrate Wedeking's 38th anniversary birthday since his death in 1973, age 110 years, 207 days.
He was one of the first German supercentenarians, and was the world's oldest man. He celebrated his 49th birthday when the Xinhai Revolution was raging in China, between Chiang Kai-shek and Mao Zedong. Mr. Sun Yat-sun led a revolution against the Qing Dynasty, which succeeded on 10 October 1911, making 10 October 2011 its 100th anniversary.
We will like to celebrate Mr. Wedeking's achievement. :D

That's actually false. Jean Teillet (1866-1977) was the last surviving man to be 100 or more years older than you, Baxi.
