The general rule of this site are as follows:

1) This is a gaming forum. We do NOT allow: topics or any discussion about drugs, porn, explicit material, suggestive themes, and any others sexual material.

1a) Flaming is not allowed here at The Silver File. ANY form of flaming will result in your warn level raised depending on the criteria of the insult. If you have been flamed through a PM, E-Mail, or any other form of communication, contact an administrator and we will handle the situation.

2) Plagiarism is not permitted. If you have Plagiarised anywhere on the forums, you will be banned. You must also follow copyright material.

3) Refrain from spamming in topics. Try to avoid getting off topic and going on to a completely different discussion. If you have the need to spam, go to the Random Insanity forum.

4) If you wish to advertise, you are allowed to only post the URL of the site in your Sig. However, you cannot advertise any type of sexual or drug related site.

5) Do not make multiple accounts. If you are found with a second account, the Admins will speak to you and/ or have both of your accounts deleted.

6) We do not allow members to brag just so someone else feels worse. This includes no bragging about post count, a competition prize that you won, and member status. If you are found of doing this, you will lose whatever it is that you had so much pride in.


Failure to comply with the site rules will cause: warn levels raised, posts subtracted from accounts, deletion of account, banning, and in an extreme violation of the rules will lead to your sever contacted and your IP address blocked from the site.
