First of all, let me welcome you to The Potter Prophecy. I want this place to be as fun and relaxed as possible, but rules are still necessary - just so the fun doesn't get too out of hand. I copied this from my other board, since I thought these rules were mild and easy to follow.

1. Try to stay on topic. Don't create irrelevant threads to the forums - and attempt to keep the silliness to a bare minimum.

2. Like it is in most countries, don't discriminate, insult or ridicule anyone. Doing so will lead to warnings, and ultimately a ban.

3. Try not to argue much - with anyone. Quite simple, eh?

4. If you're having a serious problem with a member, tell one of the moderators, or myself, and we'll deal with that individual.

5. Keep the profanity minimal - whether it being in a random post or in a fanfiction.

6. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT make more than one account. If you wish to do so, please inform me first - and then you may. If you want a different screenname, tell me, and I'll change it for you.
