Krowan's Confectionary A tattered green sign hangs above a fairly clean white house. The letters on the sign have been there a long time, and parts of them have fallen off. The half-peeled gold letters spell out | rov ar's. Below the gold letters are smaller letters spelling out Nanufaclurers of confeclionaries for centuries. The window also has gold letters, however these spell out Krowan's- Manufacturers of Cofectionaries for Centuries. These look fairly new. In the window there are many sweets and chocolate treats. The door and window frames are all painted green, to match the sign. The step has a doormat on it, with Welcome well trodden in.
Another sign hanging from the door hails the words- COME IN, WE'RE OPEN.
Ms Kempsey's Corner Store The ever-popular milkbar of Narragyambie. Mrs Kempsey is known for her tendency to discount lollies for particularly nice, or friendly children.
St Andrew’s School Lying between Tallygarunga and St Bartholomew’s is the local kindergarten and primary school. Those who attend are usually expected to continue on to one of the schools either side, as has been tradition for many years.
Glacier Ice Rink A large brick building that looks warm and cozy on the outside. However, on the inside it is a winter wonderland. Most of the building is nothing but a large ice rink, which can be used for ice skating mostly, but also ice hockey games as well on occasion. Around the ice floor is a protective wall that, just in case you can't stop, you can run into and be safely stopped without hard impact. The manager's office before you get on the ice floor. There is a small diner at the entrance, which is where you can also purchase your skates. Remember: If you fall down, don't give up. Brush yourself off and try again. Forum Led by: Luca Papei
Jillaroo’s Rest Located about halfway between Narrie and Melbourne (though closer to Narrie), Jillaroo's Rest is home to the Cooper Family including brothers, Jesse and Luke. A small cattle, sheep and horse farm in Wollongong owned by the Cooper family. Fields of animals and crops surround the old ramshackle red brick farmhouse. If you ever need a cup of sugar, Jillaroo’s Rest is the place to call.
