10,000 Buddhas
New Territories, Hongkong Hehehe... pang butang ko di bala mga nakadtuan ko... indi niyo lng pag pinsaron nga ga tinikal ko :D mga baratuhon man lng ni nga trip ah.. naka tiempo lng promo... :D (Posted Image) (Posted Image) (Posted Image) (Posted Image) namangkut ko kay tiyoy kung diin ang dalan sang katarungan wehehehe.... tudlo niya man :P hehehe... last day of our 4-day trip in Hongkong... hapit anay sa 10,000 Buddhas The Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery is a famous Buddhist monastery in Hong Kong and was located on the mountain behind Shatin Pai Tau Village nearby the KCR Shatin railway station. It was founded from 1949 by the Reverend Yuet Kai and completed in 1957. The monastery is divided into upper and lower portions and occupied over eight hectares. It consisted of five temples, four pavilions, one pagoda and one veranda. Main building of the monastery is the Ten Thousand Buddhas Temple in which over 12,800 pieces of exquisite Buddha statues each with different posture were placed on the walls. Moreover, the immortal body of Rev. Yuet Kai is situated in the central portion and let the people worship. At the opposite side of the main temple is the 9-storey Pagoda, which was selected as the symbol of Hong Kong printed on the HK$100 note. Between the temple and pagoda is the Vitasoda - Kwun Yam Pavilion, and the 18 Arhans are situated at both sides of veranda. Besides, the Manjusri and Samantabhadra Pavilions can been seen near the veranda. All above facilities were built at the lower portion. At the upper portion there are the Temple of The God of Heaven, the Candi Buddha Temple, the Kwun Yam Temple and the Temple of the Nei Tor (Amita) Buddha. Each temple all placed different statues of Buddha for people to worship. |

Dear Diary,
ari ko subong sa changi airport... going to cebu... 12:20am dapat ang flight.. kaso daw medyo late... kay 11:50 dapat ang boarding kaso wala pa kasugod as of posting time. sugaton ko ni migo bugs... tapos malagas kami sang first trip ng ceres.... i hope sa sagay na ko antis 10am... i'll catch the tabuelan-escalante nga ceres/roro.. hmn... amo lng na anay ah hehehe.... hopefully ka-abot ko graduation sang bro ko sa high school, 2pm |

hahaha.. the best kay nakalagas kami ni migo bugs sang tanbuelan nga ceres...
pagpana-ug ko sa airport,diretso dayun akba kay pareng migo bugs ah... galupad kami mo.... man ginabantayan ko lng nami-nami ng hump, kay malupad gid ko pababaw... saging lng nga daan gina uyatan ko :P migo bugs, amo gid ni ang labaw ko sa taga manila... naka lakatan ko ya nga saging sang pagkitaay ta mo :D pero baskug gasolina nga natughong mo the night before ah hehehe... lipay gid ko di kay duha na ka mall nasudlan ko damo-damo pinoy... laban pa taga negros wehehehehe.... ari ko gle sa bacolod :D |
