1. locate the pic you want to post
2. right click on the pic
3. go to properties
4. copy the address (make sure it's extension is .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp etc.
5. start a new topic or reply to an existing topic
6. click IMG on the code butttons
7. paste the pic's address in the box and click OK
8. submit post
