Welcome to our humble site and...

The Greddy E-manage behaves similar to the FCONV, but is shipped blank for user customization. Different programmes can be uploaded into the E-manage via its programmer. It has no 'self learning' functions and operates on an absolute basis where the stock ECUs readings are disgarded on preference for the E-manage's own settings. The E-manage can also mimic a fully blown 'programmable system' by the way of harnesses which give it direct control over certain items like the injectors, the crank and MAP sensors, etc. This is the best low cost option on the market today for non-Honda owners, and especially the demanding Toyota ECU.

The best thing would be the Freedom, but 1)getting it would be difficult as they rather expensive even more so that they have stopped making them. 2)Unless you were able to get one totally new you might have problems like MotoP with the previous owner's custom programming. 3)Even if you got it, you couldn't manipulate it because the control software is in Japanese only.

The Toyota ECU is very hard to crack, damn near impossible without the factory reader, which only a few have. TRD and TOM's have admitted to ownership, but only TRD has admitted to having the ability to read the VVT matrix.

The VVT has a on and off switch. Advanced programme systems have extra channels which can be used to trigger stuff. You would need such a system to have basic control over the VVT.

and also does it have control over the lambda sensor?

The Emnage can be bought anywhere. The rest have to be imported. Since you already have a JAM Racing ECU I suggest you run some 100octane gas for a whiel to get its full potential.

I was searching the site for a response to the question of where in Jamaica one can get the ECU but did not see any response.

I own a Kluger V, NA 1MZ enginge, v6 VVTI 3.0L and was thinking of getting a racing computer.I want to modify the beast tongue.gif and am starting out with the computer chip, exhaust and intake. happy.gif

Any ideas on who in Kingston specialize in HI-Performance computers for cars/suvs?
