Myself and the Ferreting Mate had a walk out yesterday. the first place to be worked was a field warren around 30 plus holes, we used the long nets plus a couple of purse nets outside the long nets. We bolted 5 from here.
(Posted Image) We then moved onto the Wood, which again due to the amount of holes the long nets were used. (Posted Image) This new Braided Nylon Net that I made worked a treat and accounted for 10 (Posted Image) It was a dream to pick it up as due to it being a Braided Twine there was very little debris in the net . We then moved onto the last place and again the long nets were used, we bagged another 3 from here and called it a day. (Posted Image) (Posted Image) 18 in total and no digging for a change.. That's a good start, mate, ground is rock-hard here still, and plenty of mixy in the rabbits :(
