i put paper down and when the pup pee's put it on the paper and it will learn to go there and if you have a back door put it outside every half hour whether it needs or no then praise it when it goes, they soon learn the crack.

he's getting grown up and feeling jack the lad, so he's adding his smell to the place. He has no idea it's wrong.

Proper dog trainers will be shocked but I've found nothing quicker than catching a dog in the act, giving it a clout and shouting at it, then taking it straight outside. Don't do this unless he is actually peeing at the time or he won't realise what it's for.

Clean up the pee with biological detergent, not anything with ammonia in it as this smells like pee to a dog.

Most dogs grow out of this but terriers can be hard nuts to housetrain.

well i did gi him a little clout and a short sharp shout and put him outside and he has not done it since so heres hoping to no more pee or turds in the house.
he has acctually started to wake me at the weekends about half seven to let him out.in the week i am usually up at five.
