"Hmm, yes I think the same can even be said for all I learn about you all.”

She grinned as the young king chuckled. She cocked her head to the side and shrugged slightly. “Too true. I’m still learning about the magical world all the time,” she replied. “I’ve still got a ways to go in my schooling yet, though no way will I ever know everything there is to be known about the magical world. No one may ever know everything about it.”

"Harry Potter yes. My siblings and I met him together actually."

Jennifer smiled and shook her head slightly. “Why doesn’t that surprise me,” she muttered. She then looked back to Peter. “Harry seems to have a knack for getting into trouble and getting attention when he doesn’t want it. I swear he has a neon homing beacon over his head that is constantly flashing.” Jennifer even through in the gesture of opening and closing her hand above her head at the comment about the beacon. True, she didn’t know Harry all that well yet, but she had gotten to know him better after joining the Quidditch team earlier that year. But that much about his personality was obvious even before she had gotten to know him.

"Squib?"

She smiled at his snort and her shoulder shook in silent laughter. She nodded. “Yup.”

"Well that's an unfortunate title isn't it?"

Jennifer nodded again. “That it is,” she replied. “There are some words used in the magical world that make you go ‘huh?’”

Peter gave Jennifer a look that said. 'Oh he does, does he?' when she mentioned he had a knack for those particular sorts of situations, but his judgement was cleared away when she did a very good impression of having a light flashing above her head. This made Peter smile warmly, and laugh a bit more. She was funny, this Jennifer Collins. He made a mental note to smack Ed if he actually had done something stupid to her.

Peter continued to laugh about the word squib. Come on.. seriously, SQUIB? Could the wizarding population really not think of a better word for someone like that? But with what Jennifer had said about how much she still had to learn, and the fact that she will even still, probably still not know everything, Peter assumed that with some much knowledge, and things to name.. you sort of run out of.. non-silly things, and perhaps whoever came up with the word thought it ingenious? The thought made Peter shake his head, and soon after he calmed him self down, not wanting to seem any more crazy that he might already.

Straightening up in his chair, he raised his fist to his mouth and clear his throat. "Ahem.. Er.. anyway. I suppose I should get back to my duties." Peter stood up, and smoothed out his tunic before turning back to face Jennifer. "It has been a pleasure meeting you Jennifer Collins. I shall most definitely be looking forward to our next metting."He bowed slightly, smiled once more, before turning and walking to the exit.

Jennifer smiled at the king’s laugher over the word ‘squib.’ Though she had to admit, it was an odd word. Then again, there were plenty of those types of words within the magical world. Who in the world had come up with them? Did they sit down and say ‘oh, let’s call this a silly word that will make people that have not grown up in this world think we are crazy!’ She sometimes had to wonder.

She bit her lip as Peter straightened in his chair, clearing his throat as his laughter disappeared from the hall. "Ahem.. Er.. anyway. I suppose I should get back to my duties."

Jennifer followed his lead and stood, though she did not smooth her dress as he did his tunic. It was bound to get wrinkled anyways so why worry about it.

"It has been a pleasure meeting you Jennifer Collins. I shall most definitely be looking forward to our next meeting."

“It was nice to meet you as well,” she responded after he bowed to her before beginning to leave the hall. She smiled after him as she watched him exit the hall before looking up at the ceiling above her. Though he had certain physical similarities to his brother, the two were very different in personality. Then again, Sarah and I are as different as night and day personality wise.
