The Rules
Sign-ups:
Please sign up with your characters first AND last name. That means “Bob Ryan”, not just “Bob”. If your character has a middle name, feel free to join with that too, but remember that whichever name you sign-up with will also be your login. Use proper capitalization please as well- save your admins the work of having to go through and edit your name.
Content:
This is a mature RP, and that being said, there will be plenty of content not suitable for minors. We are not holding age restrictions on any members but in attempt to censor our minors as much as possible from stumbling upon unpleasant material, please label all mature threads due to profanity or otherwise in the topic heading as [M]. If you are interested in RPing threads with nudity, stripping and other sexual endeavors, please PM the admin and you can receive access to the Mature board for continuing such threads.
Language:
This is a mature board- our tolerance for profanity is quite high. Swearing is allowed but please don’t go dropping the f-bomb every few words in a sentence. Be realistic- not everyone is a “potty-mouth”. This goes for both in-character, and out-of-character, but regardless respect is key.
Posting:
All posts should be 2-3 paragraphs MINIMUM in length—that’s anywhere from 10-15 sentences minimum. All posts should utilize proper grammar, capitalization and third-person usage. If you don’t know what third person means, look it up—you should know if you plan on RPing on an advanced Role Play.
Threads:
Label your threads appropriately—if they’re mature, place [M] in the topic title. If they’re private for a particular character, [P], and if they’re open, either label them with [O], or nothing at all. All subjects should be appropriate for all members to read!
Characters:
For now, we're putting a hold on how many characters you can create. Three characters, all on separate accounts, is the maximum. You mustmustmust ask an admin. before creating more than three accounts, and prove that you're active, and will continue to be active! We don't like cobwebs forming around the site...
Power-playing & God-moding:
ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! You cannot control another character’s actions or thoughts, nor can you be almighty over them. No death or automatic pregnancies can come to other characters without the other character’s consent, and an admins! It’s not all that hard to PM one of the admins, so please save us all the headache and do it from the start.
Three-Strikes, and You’re Out:
Easy enough- three strikes, and you’re out. We’re going to play as nice as we can, so you do the same. We treat you with respect, you treat us with respect. You follow the rules, there are no problems.
First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: 1 Week Ban
Third Offense: Removal from the Game
We aren’t playing games here kiddies.
And finally…
Have fun. The whole point of this game is to have a good time, and so we expect you to do just that! We expect everyone to be respectful of EVERYONE in the game and to not hold grudges or disrespect. If there are any questions whatsoever, contact an admin. We love our members as much as our members love our game, and are open for any and all comments or concerns. We look forward to having you stay with us for a long, long time, and so to ensure that everything goes fluidly, please post the secret-words of “Hop-Frog” in your application thread in the secret-word spot in the application template.
